RETURNS & EXCHANGES

PLEASE NOTE: We are not accepting returns or exchanges on face masks, face and neck gaiters, curved face and neck gaiters, and styles that feature inbuilt or detachable face masks including our Ultimate Sun Hat and Ultimate T-shirt. 

CONDITIONS

For all other products the following conditions must be met:

    1. Item(s) must usually be returned within 30 days of delivery. 
    2. Item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the item(s) will not be accepted.
    3. All exchanges are final and cannot be returned for a refund or further exchange.
    4. Last Chance: All items marked 'Last Chance' are final sale and will not be eligible for return, exchange or online voucher, unless deemed faulty.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE - WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

  1. Please send us an email at info@solbari.com and notify us of your order number and intended return or exchange.
  2. We will provide you with a returns & exchange form to fill out. This will enable us to process your request promptly. 
  3. You will need to send us the item(s), the invoice and a completed returns & exchange form.
  4. We recommend sending your return or exchange using a recorded service and holding onto your tracking number. Solbari cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  5. The postage cost for returning item(s) back to us is at the customer's expense.
  6. The postage cost to send your exchanged item(s) is covered by Solbari.

    5. If you would like to exchange or return an item, the shipping cost is not covered by Solbari.
    6. The postage cost to send your exchange is covered by Solbari. 
    7. Please be reminded to indicate on the package that the items are intended for "exchange". Without such notice, the package is at risk of incurring additional customs duties and taxes.

REFUNDS

A full refund will be credited back to your credit card or Paypal account, whichever was used to make the original purchase; as long we receive your return within 30 days of delivery and your item(s) are in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the item(s) will not be accepted.

The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your parcel, but please allow 2-5 business days for your account to be credited.

Refunds or cancellations will not be allowed if the shipment arrival times exceed the estimated times.
