How to access Solbari products through NDIS

If you are an NDIS participant and would like to access Solbari's sun protection products, follow these simple steps:

  1. Speak to your NDIS planner or support coordinator: Discuss your sun protection needs and how our products may fit within your NDIS plan.
  2. Place your order with us: Once your funding is approved, you can order from our full range of products through our customer support team.

Placing your NDIS order with us

Self Managed

Step Details
Select Your Products Browse our range of sun-safe clothing, hats, and accessories on our website.
Add to Cart Once you’ve selected your items, add them to your cart.
Checkout Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details.
Payment Pay directly via your preferred payment method. Please email corporate@solbari.com with your order number and NDIS Participant Number, and we will provide you with an invoice for your records to submit to the NDIS for reimbursement.

Plan Managed

Step Details
Speak with Your NDIS Planner Confirm that Solbari products are part of your plan.
Select Your Products Browse our range of sun-safe clothing, hats, and accessories on our website.
Contact Our Team Once you’ve selected your items, your plan manager can place your order by emailing corporate@solbari.com.
Invoicing After your order is confirmed, we will send the invoice directly to your plan manager for payment. Your order will be processed once payment is received.

Returns and Exchanges for NDIS Orders

Items purchased using Agency managed NDIS funding are eligible for exchange only, as we cannot reverse payments made from your NDIS budget.
