LIFE CHANGING MOVEMENT

Skin cancer is a scourge on Australian society.

Skin cancer accounts for 80% of all new cancers diagnosed each year.

Melanoma is the most common cancer diagnosed among Australian adolescents and young adults.

Two in three Australians will be diagnosed with skin cancer by the time they are 70.

2,000 Australians are currently dying from skin cancer each year.

Skin cancer costs the Australian health system more than $500m per annum.

The good news is that skin cancer is one of the most preventable forms of cancer.

It's unequivocal that the best protection is prevention by practicing sun safety and early detection with regular skin checks.

Sunlight exposure is cumulative, that is why sun safety at a younger age is particularly important.

SOLBARI's mission is to provide an effective sun (SOL) barrier (BARI) to help eliminate skin cancer from Australian society.

SOLBARI proudly supports a number of Skin Cancer Foundations and Not-For-Profit Australian Melanoma Charities. A proportion of SOLBARI sales help fund education and research of skin cancer, melanoma and skin disorders.
